About the Role

The Coesia Young Professional Program (YPP) is a dedicated learning and development path for fresh graduates, designed to support your first career steps within a leading global organization through a structured 2-year program.

We are looking for an Engineering Product Leader to join our Engineering department, managing projects from concept to completion, and building industry-leading solutions for our customers.

You will be fully trained and guided in this role.

The position is based in Fiorano Modenese (MO), Italy.

What you need to be successful

• Master’s degree in Automation, Phisics, Mechatronics and Mechanical or related fields;
• Less than 18 months of professional experience;
• A previous experience in a similar position is appreciated (automation machinery), specifically with the R&D or in engineering project management;
• Organizational skills, innovation focus, curiosity about innovative solutions;
• Great communicative skills;
• Fluency in English.
