The Trade Marketing Coordinator is responsible for defining the Seasonal Marketing Plan in collaboration with the departments involved. The core responsibilities of the role are: 1) devise and schedule events/promotions in order to support communication/marketing campaigns based on product and consumers performance results 2) identifying and analyzing market trends, both in terms of collections and competitors, in order to define a strategy aimed at achieving seasonal results.
1.01 Is responsible for defining the Seasonal Marketing Plan and updates in collaboration with the Commercial Retail and Merchandising Directorates of the reference brands
1.02 Through the Seasonal Marketing Plan, it will have to contemplate projects aimed at specific performance objectives, which include customization of the offer and activities product promotions
1.03 Coordinate the creation of Events and the allocation of marketing investments to support the Communication and Marketing strategy
1.04 Participates in Omnichannel tables in order to contribute to the Omnichannel Marketing Strategy
1.05 In relation to the Price Strategy, collaborates in the definition of in-season product promotions from an omnichannel perspective, it proposes mark-down optimizations for Countries, Timing and Rates applied
1.06 It is responsible for aligning the off-price strategy in a logic and consequently according to a B2B logic
1.07 On the basis of the data available, it intercepts and analyzes in the bud market trends, both within the collections and of competitors, and proposes seasonal microtargets
1.08 Monitors the competitors performance into the Department Store and market assigned for a constant benchmark of the KPIs and for subsequent action proposals discontinuous with the past, consistent with the Brands and aimed at the objectives seasonal performance
1.09 Promotes the development of Role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's Responsibilities
1.10 Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies all 'within its own function in relation to both the management of the process and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business
1.11 Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of' Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in similar roles, preferably in international companies in the fashion/luxury sector
- Excellent knowledge of English (C1)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
