Job Summary

Would you like to become a project manager within the Base Material Program team in Supplier Management Base Material Technology organization?

Within Supplier Management Base Material Technology, the Base Material Qualification Program has been created to enable Business continuity and minimize business risks. Our Tetra Pak systems start with base materials upstream. Everything downstream can be impacted by changes in Base Materials.

In the role as Project manager, you will be leading a dedicated team and be responsible for integrating across the value chain. You and your team will manage product lifecycle epics of base materials for packaging material. You will be part of a dynamic working environment with dedicated and experienced colleagues.

The role involve engagement across a wide range of organizations within Tetra Pak as well as suppliers, and excellent in stakeholder management and communication is a must for success.

You will be based in Lund or Modena, Sweden/Italy.

What you will do

• Define, monitor, communicate and manage epic scope, objectives and deliverables based on stakeholders’ requirements.
• Develop, execute, manage and communicate epic plan.
• Define, communicate, manage and follow up epic budget.
• Define, plan and manage systematic quality activities to meet requirements through employing necessary processes, methods and tools.
• Lead epic team, coach team members to perform at their best and work agile with Kanban principle.
• Following PC 3.0 process and delivering epics according to agreed scope, time and budget.
• Managing the complexity given by the simultaneous execution.
• Coordinate delivery of team epics while supporting other Base Material activities when required.
• Be an ambassador for BM Qualification Program and support in working and developing the Program team.

We believe you have

• To be successful in this position, you have at least 5 years of experience of successfully driving and delivering complex projects.
• You probably have a relevant University degree (preferably within engineering/science) and you are fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing.
• We seek a result-oriented person with a high focus on delivery.
• You have a strong performance for adapting to changes in epic need.
• You have a structured approach towards problem solving and possess good integration management skills. With ability to navigate and steer through multidimensional systems and stakeholder environment.
• As an informal leader you can build strong and productive cross functional team.
• You know when to involve what competences and can coach different capabilities for best results.
• You’re comfortable communicating at all levels of organisation.
