The function is directly subordinated to: Local CSP Manager Level E3
Function Target
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets (volume, market shares, profits) for spare parts and service/maintenance.
- Ensure budgeted costs and margins.
- Support new and used sales department.
- Apply compliance regulations, data protection, work safety, environmental regulations and working hours regulation.
Main activities of the working group of which the function takes responsibility
- Plan and manage bus maintenance / repairs and spare parts logistics.
- Ongoing training of employees, if qualification has to be enhanced. Constant development of the team in order to meet the targets.
- Management of employees in order to achieve the objectives, assure that the After-Sales team is adequately skilled and well trained.
- Supervision and management of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of company assets and their use
- Supervision and relationship with suppliers (production and non-production material, services and capital assets)
- Responsibility for spare parts distribution and logistic
- Direct contact with customers
Qualifications
Education
- Economy/Finance University Degree
Preference characteristics
- Fluent in Italian + excellent (W+R) English (and/or German)
- Experience in controlling activities
- Knowledge of MS Office platform and SAP
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational attitude, analysis and precision
- Result oriented, autonomy worker, attitude to problem solving
- Undisputed and proven team work capacity and great Leadership
