Systems Engineer

We are looking for an experienced engineer who can take the role of Technical integration in development projects/program. You will be leading the technical integration work in development project within the area of Equipment, Package, Packaging material and Additional material This position carries autonomy, a high level of influence and requires a balance of experience between technical management and product development management. What you will do Your focus as technical integrator will lie on being the technical leader who leads system integration and drive technical solutions within development projects. Key responsibilities Leading, guiding and monitoring the maturity of the technical solution that is developed within the team Manage requirement, identify technical milestones Understand the system under development in the projects and secure the integration to the other systems in the value chain. Lead verification and validation strategy and track verification and validation status Manage technical risk and monitor Likelihood of Technical Success (LoTS) Present the system technical status of the solution in formal forums and manage key system engineering artefacts. Qualifications To be successful in this role you have acquired technical experience with one or more Tetra Pak products such as Package, Equipment, Materials and/or from working with mechatronic product development sectors such as Food packaging, Automotive, Rail or Process industry that has provided you with a broad systems requirement, solutions development and Verification/validation understanding. You may also have gained experience from customer service contact. Your educational background includes a university degree in Engineering or equivalent and you are fluent in spoken and written English. You have >7 years of experience in development. As a person you are intellectually curious interested to technology, possess strong communication skills and easily builds trust towards colleagues and stakeholders. You can see the integrated picture without losing the fine detail. We need a strong team leader and team player who can manage change leadership and has a strong problem-solving, continuous improvement attitude.
