Test Factory & Modeling belongs to the Systems Engineering & Quality (SE&Q) organization that lead End-to-End technical planning and system solution integration to ensure quality and deliverables in-line with the Innovation Strategy. Within the Test Factory & Modelling organization we have four Test Factories and one System V&V Capability and Modelling teams that share the same objective. Specifically, the Test Factory teams: Are responsible for the common Test factory concept to be applied across all test factories – Lund and Modena. Execute V&V strategies securing the resources and competences needed Continuously improve the testing process and test engineering competences. What you will do Test Factory Integration Team is now looking for a new Test Factory Expert that can take the responsibility to secure the verification and validation needs from our Programs. In this role you will plan and coordinate tests on the different filling machines and other equipment on a day to day basis. You will also be able to influence the V&V strategies of the different development teams and be in connection with scrum teams. You will focus on: Driving the communication towards stakeholders about our Operating Model, for making sure It’s understood and implemented Planning and coordinating test requests from stakeholders within e.g. development teams and key competences areas. Driving test readiness meetings to secure a successful execution and valuable results used for decisions. Securing that Test Factory equipment are kept maintained and updated, as well as securing that equipment configuration is kept documented by utilizers Driving sign-off meetings, outcome of test and secure that the equipment is back in basic condition. Supporting and guiding development teams to perform verification and validation in an optimal way. Who you are You have a strong collaborative approach and build and maintain successful relations with stakeholders and the team that you will be leading test plans for. We believe that you are a flexible person that is open to change. If needed you are able to drive constructive discussion regarding prioritizations, challenge test request and test results. You as typically keen in finding solutions to others’ needs. As Test Factory Expert you are genuinely interested in Verification and Validation methodology and looking for continues improving opportunities. You have a University degree or other relevant education. Furthermore, you have some years working experience from filling machines and system verification and validation. You will have a broad insight to what development activities is going in the different development teams and help them secure the right quality of their solution.
