Join our team Within Tetra Pak, Service Business is responsible for selling service products and reduce operational cost and improve operational efficiency for our customers. We are now looking for a Business Controller who will actively support the Service organization but also cooperate with other organizational units within the Markets, Cluster Europe & Central Asia and Tetra Pak. The position will be based in Rubiera, Italy and will report to the Cluster Business Controller for Services. You will focus on: Service Business controlling for the 2 market areas Italy and South Eastern Europe Monthly financial book-closing and KPIs reporting & forecast, analysis & presentations for the areas of responsibility Business Partner with both front-line, Service Sales organisation and local Service Portfolio Management to optimize the flows, and ensure a continuous and sustainable Margin Part of Italy and South Eastern Europe Service Management team Collaboration and work in network with the market Business controller and the Cluster Service Controller team Report on the deployment of service products Report on customer service contract profitability and drive business improvement agenda with Service Account Managers Participate in Service pricing discussion in local markets Support in the preparation of internal and external audits for Service-related matters Who you are As our new Business Controller, it is truly important you have strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem solving. You possess a high level of drive, business understanding and strategic thinking. You focus on performance and deliver accurate and timely results. You perform effectively under pressure. In this role you hold a key position, you like networking, communication and you can collaborate effectively at all levels. You have a university degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience within finance and at least 2 years of business controlling. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required You are a team player and have the ability to work within a dynamic and international team environment. Experience and knowledge in Business Objects (BO) and R3/SAP are of great value. It is advantage if you also have knowledge of Power BI or equivalent.
