Within our team in Tetra Pak, we are searching for a SERVICE ENGINEER B who can execute preventive maintenance of customer equipment: filling machines and distribution equipment. This position can be based in multiple locations, in Emilia Romagna or northen regions. What will you do • Execute preventive maintenance activities in line with global Company standard procedures and reinstate equipment into production environment according to defined expectations. • Coordinate and execute corrective maintenance and adjust and trouble shoot control systems to certain levels of complexity • Execute timely reporting of all discovered Technical Issues according to Company processes. • Execute installation of relevant rebuilding/upgrade kits according to procedures and reinstate equipment into production environment according to defined expectations. • Inform relevant Company staff about ongoing service activities as well as of any issues affecting the customer or the quality of Company service. Inform about any business opportunity discovered at the customer through the relevant channels. • Execute and complete all relevant reports in an accurate and timely way. Distribute reports according to existing procedures and ensure that proper handover is done. • Execute all work in accordance with Company and Customer safety regulations and requirements. Execute all work in accordance with Company standards and requirements regarding product quality and food safety. Escalate all discovered food safety, quality assurance and regulatory issues. • Willingness to travel, mainly on weekly basis, for 100% of the time. Who you are You should have spent +3 years’ experience in maintenance and/or service work. You can independently deliver preventive maintenance, installation tasks and rebuilding kit installations. Example of previous positions: Technician, Service Engineer from another company, Development Engineer, Production engineer. We believe you have a technical education, and 5+ years of practical experience within mechanical fields. Automation and electrical education and/or experience within PLC systems, servo drives and general automation-mechanic interaction is an advantage.
