BELLCO, now part of Medtronic in the Renal Care business, is a company, based in Mirandola (Modena – ITALY), leader in systems for haemodialysis and extracorporeal blood purification. Our therapies and systems are employed for the treatment of renal failure, multiple organ failure, sepsis and cardiac decompensation. We are focused on satisfying the needs of patients and experts through: Innovation, Research, Development of advanced Nephrology, Intensive Care and Cardiology Therapies. You will work in a quite dynamic and international environment providing helpdesk support to end users in two manufacturing plants based in Italy, but still collaborating with global IT teams through the world. Your ability to be positive and helpful is a plus as you will have to deal with lot of users with different needs. You will support all technical functions in their hardware and network needs, making sure that Medtronic standards are always met. RESPONSABILITIES • Resolves technical problems that originate by telephone in a call centre/help desk environment. • Uses expertise in customer service and technical knowledge gained from previous experience to resolve issues surrounding the installation, usage, and training of customers on software and/or hardware products. • Provides technical support to users for either PC, server or mainframe applications and hardware. • Interacts with Medtronic network services, software systems engineering and/or applications development in order to restore service and/or identify problems. • Ensure all IT systems fulfil required software validation needs • Keep informed of latest technologies and developments that can benefit Medtronic. KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • Computing Education • 2 Years’ experience in IT department supporting manufacturing and office users in a regulated environment • Windows 10 and Office 365 support experience • Knowledge of IS tools, technologies and concepts • Knowledge of Networking technologies and terminologies • Experience with machine integration and networked manufacturing equipment • Excellent communication skills • Self-motivated and proactive • Ability to work under minimal supervision • Positive / Helpful Customer Service attitude is a must • Languages English, French or German could be a plus About Medtronic At Medtronic, you will find a diverse team of innovators who bring their unique backgrounds and their individual life experiences to work every day.
