Package Development Engineer Would you like to take a new challenge, becoming a Package Development Engineer within Primary and Secondary Package Department? Overview of the position: Within Development and Engineering, Materials and Package, Primary and Secondary Package (Modena) is a Central Organization responsible for Primary and Secondary Package, Packaging Material and Base Material validations in Modena site. As a Package Development Engineer, you will be primarily responsible as Primary & Secondary package technical competence representative within D&E programmes. This is a permanent position based in Modena, Italy. What you will do • Act as Team Member in SCRUM Teams, supporting projects with specific package technical competence • Support the definition of technical requirements, within package specific area • Support the translation of requirements into package design • Support definition of V&V strategy related to Package area for PD and TD projects and execute it • Write test specifications, analyse and document results using reports • Coordinate know how to execute all package activities according to existing procedures, standards and methods, in partnership with suppliers, specialists and consultancies. • Support root cause investigations on package performance and functionality • Support risk assessment for package • Support the development & implementation of new procedures, test & validation methods according to requirements, in cooperation with test method owners Who you are Education and Languages: • University degree in scientific disciplines like Engineering, Chemist, Food Science or similar, knowledge of laboratory activities. • You have good English knowledge both spoken and written. Personal skills and Experience: • Previous experience in the package area is highly appreciated. • Experience in the product development process in the package area is highly appreciated, as well as experience in technical test methodologies in the area of primary and secondary packaging. • We believe that you are well acquainted and self-sufficient in Physical Testing and you have knowledge in requirement management procedure.
