PAINT & PVC APPLICATIONS TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Paint and PVC Application Technology Specialist to join our Headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO). You will report directly to the Head of Technology in Industrial Area and be responsible for planning, implementation, realization and development of functionalities and requirement profile for Paint Application technology including also the Paint Supply Systems as well as the automatic PVC sealing application in our Paintshop Plant. Your responsibilities will focus on: Creation of specifications, technical descriptions and schedules for the installation of new or adjustment of existing Paint- and PVC Application technology. Coordination of the implementation of the new production equipment and the optimization of existing equipment. Coordination, implementation, realization by your own of color and detergent consumption optimization measures. Coordination, implementation, realization of measures to reduce reworking rate after painting. Support of maintenance team of Paintshop Department on short term trouble shooting. Preparation, testing, evaluation of quality audits and creation of optimization measures. Creation and definition of interfaces between machine level (PLC) and the Paintshop factory 4.0 overall control systems related to Paint- and PVC Application technology. In order to meet these targets, you will need: University Degree in Engineering At least 5 years’ experience in automatic Paint Application and Paint Supply Systems Knowledge of Paint Application Systems Knowledge of automatic, automotive Paint Process. Knowledge of PVC Application as a plus Fluent English and Italian, German will be a plus Team working Analytical skills Good communication skills.
