Posizione System Logistics Engineering team is seeking Structural Analyst Engineer to join our team in Fiorano, Modena, Italy. System Logistics is the prime contractor for the design, development, test and production of the customized automatic warehouses for biggest customers around the world. This position is for a stress analyst to join our Engineering Team to enable System Logistics to optimize and dimensioning out primary and secondary structures. The candidate, reporting directly to the Mechanical Engineering Manager, will deal with: • critical analysis of the technical specifications of the order and of new product development, in coordination with the Technical Leaders, with the Lead Structural Analyst Engineer and the specialists of the other Engineering disciplines; • in accordance with the Lead Structural Analyst Engineer analyze complex physical systems and build mathematical models able to describe the behavior of the phenomenon. Analysis will return structural integrity (stress analysis) and performances (performance analysis) contributing actively to optimize the project; • interfaces with the PM and / or with the Customer to discuss and deepen the specialist aspects of its competence; • drafting of the analysis reports, necessary for the validation of the project from a structural (Stress Analysis Report) and performance (Performance Analysis Report) point of view; • support to the Mechanical Engineering Manager in the development and updating of analysis methodologies and in the standardization of calculation procedures. Requisiti - 5 years experience as a structural analyst of mechanical components and systems, using analytical and numerical methodologies (FEM) gained preferably in companies in the same sector and / or in the automotive, aerospace or railway sector. - Degree in Aerospace / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering; knowledge of data acquisition systems, development of test, measurement and control applications; advanced knowledge (theoretical and practical) of fluid dynamics and structural analysis methodologies; - Excellent knowledge of at least one FEM software (desired Ansys); - Good knowledge of at least one CAD software (CREO desired); - Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
