Tetra Pak Development & Engineering seeks to achieve value-driven innovation by defining new concepts, scouting for partnerships, and applying new technology developments. Within Sealing Solutions & Materials Engineering, the team Sealing & Materials Integration is now looking for a Development Engineer that will secure focus and drive on the integration of Sealing and Materials Solutions in development projects. As Development Engineers you will work together with different competences necessary to develop and deploy robust packaging and equipment solutions, representing the Sealing organization and capability. The is a permanent position based in Modena, Italy and may require some travelling. What You Will Do As Development Engineer in this position you will: Participate in the development of innovative solutions in the competence area Product developments and on issue resolution activities V&V elaboration and execute in physical rigs or filling equipment Breaking down sealing requirements Secure the robustness of sealing solutions integration for our customers Translate market, cost and technical requirements into technical specifications Validate and document with calculations and detailed analysis the above solutions in Development Reports Advise TP organization (MCs, Bas, and field) on specific technical subjects, current solutions and project timelines Share competence knowledge in the relevant competence areas within TP Participate actively to build, maintain and drive internal and external competence networks Who You Are We believe that you have: Master of Science degree in technical discipline, preferably in Engineering (Mechanical, Material or equivalent) Competence on the filling equipment and either competence in Verification & Validation in technical complex areas Good written and spoken English and Italian communication skill Good team-playing skills to be able to collaborate within multi-national environment Good presentation skills High drive and engagement, natural attitude towards collaboration and networking Result oriented mindset, independent in the exploration of the given task, taking initiatives and proposing solutions and actions Ability to work in different context, such as technology developments, product developments and on issue resolution activities sometimes also directly at customer side Some documented experiences, also gained in similar tasks in other industries, will be considered as a plus We Offer You Variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscape Culture that pioneers spirit of innovation where our engineering genius drives visible result Equal opportunity employment experience that values difference and diversity Market competitive compensation and benefits with flexible working arrangements ...
