Safety & Compliance Expert - Hygienic Design We are now looking for an experienced engineer who can take the role as Safety & Compliant Expert for Hygienic Design in our Safety & Compliance organisation. You will have a central role working with our global capability, standards, methods, and tools for Hygienic Design. This is a permanent position based in Modena, Italy or Lund, Sweden. Who You Are We believe that you have: Bachelor or Master degree within Mechanical, Industrial Design Engineering or equal Minimum 5 years of design experience in preferably Tetra Pak machines and/or equipment or similar (food processing) machines Good understanding of operations at customer site with knowledge in machine and line functionality Deep knowledge in Hygienic Design for food processing machinery, hygiene and cleanability requirements Good knowledge of Tetra Pak technical corporate standards in general and deep knowledge in hygienic design standards and guidelines as well as regulatory and standard requirements Good leadership and communication skills with high informal authority Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken What You Will Do As Safety & Compliance Expert in this position you will: Monitor regulatory and standard requirements for Hygienic Design (HD) Drive HD capability assessment identify improvement areas and drive actions Drive and write technical corporate standards and guidelines for HD capability area Drive and/or participate in Tetra Pak hygienic design operational network Develop and deliver HD training Do benchmark activities in HD and investigate customer needs and expectations Support Safety & Compliance Experts and Food Safety Officers in HD matters Participate in global food safety regulatory monitoring network Participate in external international standardisation committee work related to HD Act as a Tetra Pak “ambassador” for HD capabilities and our desired future state for HD We Offer You Variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscape Culture that pioneers spirit of innovation where our engineering genius drives visible result Equal opportunity employment experience that values difference and diversity Market competitive compensation and benefits with flexible working arrangements Apply Now!
