COMPLIANCE OFFICER | EUROPE

To strengthen our Compliance Management System we are looking for a Compliance Officer to be included in the team as responsible for the Compliance Management System of five or more Ducati Group Companies located in Europe. The resource will report to the Ducati Chief Compliance Officer. Responsibilities: › the resource implements and monitors a preventive Compliance Management System within the area of responsibility with a special focus on anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, prevention of fraud and embezzlement and protection of human rights; › in his/her capacity as responsible for Integrity, they are additionally responsible for a comprehensive Integrity program as an active, measurable value driver and for the implementation of a dedicated program including 11 key initiatives; › the resource has to guarantee the systematic monitoring of the company’s risk management activities and to ensure aggregated reporting of the risk situation and the effectiveness of the systems to the company management, and on the further development of the risk culture in the relevant entities. It is required: › a degree in Law or equivalent qualification; › at least three years' experience in the job, preferably gained in international business contexts; › good organisational and relational skills; › excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken; › good knowledge of the Office package, with particular reference to PowerPoint and Excel; › proven aptitude for problem solving; › proactive and listening oriented approach; › good management of time and deadlines; › predisposition to work in a team; › resourcefulness and orientation towards results; › availbility for frequent work-related travels.
