Would you like to actively contribute to Tetra Pak's sustainable and profitable growth by joining the Additional Materials organisation as Industrialization Engineer? Then this opportunity might be your next step! Within Additional Materials, the Tetra Pak Closures organisation is today supplying 35 bio plastic closures, produced by more than 200 production lines located in 5 Tetra Pak factories and another 14 external factories. You will join the Tetra Pak Closures organization and secure knowledge in injection moulding technologies and own equipment requirements for closures manufacturing. You will be part of a technical team committed to secure mass manufacturing capabilities of plastic closures. In this position you are reporting to the Manager, Industrial Engineering - Closures and you will be member of the Industrial Engineering Team. In this role you will have to drive verification and validation protocols for Closures equipment and systems, secure compliance to product specifications and equipment requirements. Supporting development projects and development activities, by representing SCO in core teams and improvement initiatives will be also part of the role. The position is based in Modena, Italy. The position requires up to 40% of travelling time. What You Will Do Drive requirements and legal standards for plastic injection moulding machineries, to secure mechanical, automation and electrical standards in manufacturing Drive FAT (Factory Acceptance test) for equipment and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) for production lines Validate robustness of selected/developed technical solutions. Contribute to improvement of processes and tools impacting equipment specifications and process capabilities Build and share experience of equipment and products, with internal stakeholders and suppliers Secure collaboration and engagement of key technology suppliers Translate costs and technical requirements into technical specifications Build, maintain and drive internal and external competence networks Develop innovative solutions based on equipment technical specifications. Technical scouting – monitor and benchmark external available expertise and solution providers. Who You Are Language and Education: To be a successful candidate you should have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering. A very good command of English both written and verbal is a must. Professional Skills and Experience You have at least 5 years experience in Engineering postitions and in the area of injection moulding technology and infrastructure, Project Management experience is considered as a plus. You have a technical background in high tech machinery in the field of plastic injection moulding. Personal Qualifications: As a person you are pro-active, self motivated and assertive. You are comfortable in personal inter-relationship and you naturally engage in building and maintaining professional relationship. You are comfortable to do that in an international global context, dealing with global industry leaders. You are able to anticipate and understand a complex situation; you manage to review the implications and consequences of problems and possible solutions. You pursue everything with energy, drive and a need to finish. You are used to place priority and structure to work related matters and you are methodical, attentive to details and efficient.
