WCM Analyst
Additional Materials Closures is a part of Tetra Pak that produces Closures and manages the distribution of Moulding materials, Adhesives and Tabstrips used for Tetra Pak Packaging Systems all over the world. Additional Materials Closures offices are in Modena (Italy) and Lund (Sweden), and have production plants in Seville (Spain), Sezzadio (Italy), Chateaubriant (France), Mexicali (Mexico) and Rayong (Thailand).
We are looking for a WCM Analyst, who will be a contributor in driving our continuous improvement program towards World Class in a rapidly growing business. Your job will be a part of the World Class Manufacturing team, within Closures Installed Base Performance (IBP). We are committed to make continuous process improvement part of our culture with customer satisfaction as the main driver of all our improvement processes. You will be based in Italy, Modena.
You will be travelling less, than 20% of your time.
What you will do:
As a WCM Analyst, you will:
Review of the global data collection system and alignment with TP reference
Supporting implementation of global FI Pillar approach
Loss tree review, KMIs/KPIs/KAIs reviewing for business area
Implement the new FIMP system, support loss deployment, support tool creation for setting priorities for improvement activities in the business area
Stimulate change in a continuous improvement developing mindset
Spread best practice WCM standards
Lead the E&T Central Pillar and develop materials for WCM training, supporting all levels of the organization
Supporting Central Pillars organization and development
Support alignment and cross-fertilization among the different Closures units
Participate in cross fertilization initiatives
Who you are:
We believe you have:
At least Bachelor Degree in Engineering subjects
Fluent language knowledge in English – other languages are a plus.
You are expert with all MS office Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Experience with WCM or other improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, 6 Sigma, Lean or TQM would be a plus.
Good presentation skills and can clearly communicate within all levels of the organization.
You are able to drive activities independently acting as a self-starter.
You are a driven and solid team player who openly shares knowledge with your colleagues.
Strong analytical skills, with a systematic approach to problem definition, problem solving and the ability to transfer long term strategies and plans into mid/short term actions.
The ability to exchange information and support colleagues to achieve personal and team goals.
