Manutentore Elettromeccanico La Risorsa, inserita nel team dei manutentori, dovrà riconoscere i principali guasti e/o anomalie degli elementi meccanici ed elettrico/elettronici legati alle problematiche tipiche di impianti automatici, macchine altamente automatizzate (macchine di assemblaggio) e macchine di processo (Autoclavi di Sterilizzazione, Impianti Trattamento Acque) individuandone le cause. La Risorsa dovrà intervenire prontamente ed autonomamente in caso di necessità, quindi riparare e/o sostituire le parti danneggiate (servomeccanismi, convertitori assi, motori brushless e in c.c., inverter, encoder, sensori, cilindri pneumatici, elettrovalvole etc). Si occuperà inoltre di eseguire diagnosi (status PLC, manipolazione parametri, etc). Requisiti: - Diploma ad indirizzo Tecnico Elettromeccanico/meccatronico; - Esperienza di 5/10 anni maturata nel ruolo di manutentore e/o montatore meccanico o installatore di macchine (macchine altamente automatizzate) - Sarà considerato titolo preferenziale la provenienza da aziende costruttrici di linee automatiche - Capacità di leggere gli schemi elettrici, P&ID, logiche PLC con diagnosi I/O - Sarà considerato un surplus la conoscenza della programmazione oltre che della logica di funzionamento sistemi PLC - Disponibilità a lavorare su turni a ciclo continuo (H24 7/7) - Lucidità e freddezza di intervento in caso di mal funzionamento - Ottima predisposizione al lavoro in squadra - Buona capacità di uso del pc, uso quotidiano del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel - Conoscenza base della lingua inglese Location: Mirandola (MO) About Medtronic Together, we can change healthcare worldwide.
