Join Maserati's Licensing, Merchandising & Partnership team!
We're looking for a motivated manager to help grow our global Licensing and Merchandise business. The candidate will be responsible for driving licensing revenues, and growing market share for our brands across multiple categories, while helping executing business development opportunities and own key partner relationships across licensees, retailers and licensors.
He/She will work closely with and co-operate with cross-functional groups including Legal, Marketing and Finance. The Licensing, Merchandising & Sponsorship Manager will also work with licensors and licensees to align on creative design and product development, and work with retail partners to execute programs.
Main activities
Obtain and review seasonal merchandising plans from licensees
Analyze all weekly, monthly, quarterly standard reports including weekly selling, monthly sales, and margin trend recaps. Present the information and conclusions drawn in monthly business review meetings that include Senior Management
Identify and develop innovative strategies to increase sales of licensed products globally
Ensure target margins are set and met with cross-functional teams
Develop new business partnership opportunities in accordance with the marketing strategy
Scouting, attracting and building new business partnerships
Structure and negotiate of licensing agreements with new partners in all strategic sectors of brand extension
Evaluate new product opportunities and product extensions
Requirements
Master's Degree in Economics or Marketing
Related work experience of at least 6+ years in companies with a premium / luxury brand positioning as a major plus
Fluency in English
Team-working ability, being able to handle different projects and priorities
Communication skills, being in contact with different stakeholders both internally and externally
Flexibility and proven organizational skills
