As a System Specialist you will be responsible to provide technical support of Tetra Pak systems at ourcustomers’ plants. You will be Tetra Pak ambassador and help maintain the company’s reputation forcommitment and service worldwide.You will work in the operations of Services Quality and Technical Support team, as part of Tetra Pak Service organization. The position is based in Modena (Italy), but this position includes frequent travelling to visit customers.Our Customers are located all over the world. What you will do: The tasks at customers’ premises as well as at your homebase will be: Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis with aid of prevailing Problem SolvingMethodologies. Solve issues and make suggestions to improve performance on our packaging lines. Perform assignments such as restoring of basic condition, adoption of containment solution or rebuildingkit installation, delivering Expert Services and knowledge transfer to local Tetra Pak colleagues and customerstaff. Participate in new development projects to gain knowledge in new design & functionality and later take anactive role when the equipment is deployed and installed to our final customers. Take an active role in developing and implementing improvement solutions. Document and write Technical Assistance Report for all activities performed at site. Build and maintain technical network on global level. Who you are: We look for a self-motivated person with a high degree of initiative. You will work autonomously having theability to make your own decisions and to solve problems under time and customer pressure. You will betravelling extensively, approximately 200 days/year. Therefore, it is important that you enjoy contact withdifferent cultures worldwide. You have a technical high school education or equivalent (university degree will be considered as a plus),covering both the electrical and the mechanical area with very good skills in automation. Added to this we appreciate if you have a genuine technical interest. A good command of both written and verbal English is necessary and you will make use of your driver’s license. We look for a job experience of at least 5-7 years in similar technical and service roles and that you are usedto manage Customer contact.
