Within PSCO organisation we are looking for a Portfolio Strategy Manager – Channels who will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of functions and individuals centrally, in the Clusters and customers to make a lasting impact on Tetra Pak’s packaging portfolio. Being part of the Packaging Solutions team you will use your channel knowledge, business acumen and market insights to identify suitable porfolio solutions to successfully match customer needs in new channels with focus on e-commerce. The position is based in Modena (Italy) and travel approx 20% of your time. What you will do: Contribute to finalize the Packaging Solutions roadmap to secure the presence of carton packaging in new channels with focus on e-commerce. Collaborate with Global Marketing to identify growth opportunities and define channel requirement for carton portfolio solutions to be developed internally or through M&A Lead the Portfolio Strategy Process to identify customer/market needs across hotspots for e-commerce, Horeca and other channels and align with Clusters/Markets in validating new and existing portfolio solutions Work closely with R&D to set the requirements and validate solutions that will make carton portfolio a preferred choice for customers in liquid food. Drive 10Y portfolio roadmap including strategic needs for any new applications in channels Continuous monitoring of market environment through business analysis in order to maximize portfolio lifecycle Lead the competitive portfolio positioning analysis and participate in the deployment activities for carton packaging solutions in new channels vs traditional retailing Ensure effective product communication both centrally and with external stakeholders (MAGs, Cluster Portfolio Teams, Market Companies) Who you are: You have a Master of Science degree in Business Administration or Engineering. You excel at both, written and spoken English. You have 10+ years of experience in Marketing/Business Development in FMCG companies out of which 2-3 years of specific experience in channel management and / e-retailing. Alternatively, you may have 10+ years of experience in Marketing/Business Development in distribution or logistic solution companies with high exposure in dealing with FMCG clients for multi-channels including e-commerce. Good knowledge of Tetra Pak portfolio solutions is preferable as well as financial understanding and value chain modelling. You are driven, structured and have an ability to inspire and create commitment across functions. You are a good listener and can motivate and inspire others and create understanding from audiences on various levels in different cultures. You are also open minded, able to listen to your stakeholders, and show a high level of customer orientation. You are an effective team player and you have excellent communication and presentation skills.
