Your 'day to day' Manage a complex, multi-year Next Generation Product industrialization program according to the PMPM methodology. Lead a smooth, fast and waste-free flow of all industrialization activities: machine qualification, process definition, documentation creation and smooth beginning of activities for all machines installed in the NGP Training Center. Ensure a feasible overall planning, tracking and correction for all the Training Center NGP activities, by balancing people's availability, assignments and workloads. Ensures the structure of the Industrialization team evolves in agreement with the evolving needs in term of industrialization but also production, training and product plan. Assure the Company’s Health, Safety and Environmental culture, monitoring the team activities and keeping an healthy and safe-conscious working environment, in order to minimize or eliminate risks exposure to personnel. Strive in order to reach and maintain an healthy and safe working environment respecting and ensuring the other people respect of security guidelines. Make sure that EHS organigram experts are consulted throughout the projects in order to receive their approval for all new processes implemented and new products introduced. Act in conformity with Compliance and Integrity principles by setting an example and promoting compliance culture within his/her team and by ensuring the confidentiality protection. MULTI-PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Checks with a systemic approach the progress of specific (pre-defined) deadlines for all the industrialization processes and training delivery activities. KPIs, DASHBOARDS AND REPORTS PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION: Defines contents, format, layout, distribution and archiving policies for all the managed processes and related data and information. RESOURCES POOL MANAGEMENT: Manages a team of industrialization-oriented resources, both from a hierarchical and operational point of view. INDUSTRIALIZATION PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Acting as a permanent and dynamic link between field operations, department managers and OPS Director, represents the focal point and collector for every problem or improvement issue related to the industrialization process structure. PROJECT MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT: Defines and assure application, in the area of interest, of appropriate Project Management procedure, tools and skills, in line with PMP standards and ensures appropriate professional development. Who we're looking for: College/University Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent on-field experience 2-5 years as Manager in a Engineering/Prototyping function Previous experience in roles such as Process Support Engineer, Maintenance Specialist, Development Engineer, Industrial Engineer Good exposure to Quality activities Advanced Business Development -- Basic Product Assessment Principles -- Basic Product Development Principles -- Basic Process Development Principles -- Basic Tobacco Industry Acumen -- ADDITIONAL SKILLS: Good knowledge production methods, materials, and machinery Excellent level of Project Management and Problem Solving methodologies and tools. Good mastery of Lean principles, methodologies and tools Strong inter-functional skills, human relationships, and stress management.
