CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE INTERNSHIP

Ferrari offers selected students with an outstanding academic track record and international mindset an opportunity to discover our business model and to contribute and learn during a 6-month internship with our Customer Experience team (part of Operational Marketing) in Maranello. Ferrari Marketing department is working to ensure Ferrari customers and prospects the availability of updated and personalized information inside customer app. Inside the Customer Experience team, the resource will support the customer app team and campaign team activities. Required profile You will ideally be recent graduate or Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Engineering or Economics with an academic background in web/app design, UX/IU. You will not only have a passion for the world of luxury and excellence, but also already gained first work-experience through internships or projects that allow you to understand the business complexities and help you to develop strong initiative and entrepreneurial skills. In this role, you will be required to exhibit strong analytical skills and to handle multiple priorities. Moreover, you will be expected to show good team working approach and energy for results. The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). Fluent English is required.
