FINANCIAL LEGAL COUNSEL

To this role will be assigned legal responsibility in finance. In particular, drafting, amendment and negotiation of the financing agreements with banks, intra-group loans and credit lines, including syndicated revolving lines, will be required. The legal management of both listed and private bond issues with institutional investors, offers to purchase bonds, as well as rating issues will also be required. In addition, the legal review of the Group's main financial documents will be required, including the Annual Report, Form 20-F, Sustainability Report, Semi-Annual Report, as well as Interim Reports. As Finance Legal Counsel he/she will work within the Legal and Corporate Affairs Department of the Ferrari Group at the Maranello offices. Required profile A five-year degree in law is required for this role, preferably obtained with a thesis in banking or finance law, and an experience of at least 2-3 years in finance matters at a leading Italian or international law firm and an additional experience of at least 1-2 years in finance matters at the legal department of a leading listed Italian or international company. It is also required high ability to concentrate, proactivity, skills of synthesis and clarity in both verbal and written communication, strong problem solving skills, ability to work independently and under pressure.
