QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SPECIALIST

In this position, your mission will be to manage and carry out quality processes with the aim of contributing to the optimization of quality within the organization. You will be involved in planning and managing Audit, for overall company areas; you will be responsible to manage and improve quality documentation system, ensuring the quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly. Desired Skills and Experience In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results in in the areas of Industrial Engineering or related field, and you have at least 2\3 years of experience in Quality roles. Ideally, you have gained experience in other Automotive Companies (ISO 9001 e/o IATF 16949) and you have acquired proven skills in quality analysis and good knowledge of the most important Quality Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA) In Ferrari, you must exhibit the capability to work in a highly-dynamic and fast-changing environment, thinking analytically and demonstrating strong communication and negotiations skills (such as the ability to listen and understand supplier cost drivers). Since you will interact with foreign suppliers, fluent English is must and we really appreciate candidates with international experiences and multicultural mindset.
