EES & ELECTRIFICATION QUALITY INTERNSHIP

As part of the developments of Hybrid performance vehicles (including the SF90 Stradale and Ferrari 296 GTB) we are developing our next generation innovations. Our EES Quality & Electrification team is providing quality support in the management and monitoring of the semiconductor of control units, in order to ensure performance, optimize the supply-chain and to anticipate and resolve challenges on components, lead-times and shortages. In this dedicated internship, your main activities will be to support to the Technical Management in component analysis, including for new, alternative or non-automotive components. You will perform risk assessment and scout for alternative solutions, and participate on supplier analysis on electronic control units, evaluation of exceptions and any disclaimers. Of course you will work internally with colleagues from different departments, Including technical management, purchasing, logistics, production, and ensure KPIs and traceability on your projects control units, including sharing your weekly reports on shortage progress. Required profile You will ideally be recent master-graduate or current Master student (eligible for internship) in Electronic Engineering. You will not only have a passion for technology, innovation and excellence, but also already gained first work-experience through internships or projects that allow you to understand the business complexities and help you to develop strong initiative and entrepreneurial skills. In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target and detail-oriented and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. We require attention to the detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your role. The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). Fluent English is required.
