CRM SPECIALIST

The ideal candidate will contribute to position LAMINAM as the #1 ceramic slab, helping to market our superior natural surfaces worldwide and being the connection between the Sales and Marketing. Referring to the Digital Marketing Manager, the candidate will work in an international environment always in connection with branches and distributors and will learn to be the owner of the following tasks: -Developing and maintaining databases and dashboards – Transforming data into actionable insights – Customers and database analysis to profile our customers/potentials and to define marketing campaigns/business strategies – Work closely with campaign & marketing teams in the implementation of database campaigns (with specific focus on audiences) – Monitoring and reporting of database marketing activities – Analysis of Social Networks – Assist in managing social media channels, LAMINAM websites, DAM and PIM software.
