HR GENERALIST TRAINEE

Hr Generalist Trainee Are you a dynamic and energetic student or fresh graduate eager to embark on a new adventure? Are you strongly motivated to become part of our fast-paced environment? We are looking for you! In Our HR Retail team we would like to include a Hr Generalist Trainee. In this role, you will join our Hr Business Partner and you will have the opportunity to follow many HR tasks to support people in our Store. This is a very interesting position within our organization for a talented and brilliant student or fresh graduate who is willing to take on a 6-month experience and to be part of our team. In this position you will in charge of: - recruitment - time management - training You will probably have: University Degree in Economics/Management Engineering or similar; Very good knowledge of English, both written and oral; Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. And last but not least: Excellent customer orientation; Ability to work under pressure; Optimist view of life and positive attitude are a nice-to-have Interest in testing yourself in an international context. This position will be based in Carpi (MO), Italy.
