DIGITAL MERCHANDISING SPECIALIST

Based in our Headquarter in Carpi (MO), Italy, we are looking for a Digital Merchandising Specialist to support the Ecommerce Team. In this role, the candidate will facilitate the execution of business strategies to drive growth of our site and reach the full potential to achieve our business goals. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES You will be in charge of: - Managing all product launches, following the end-to-end process from selection to live, ensure products are available on time and inventory levels meet the demand of consumers and launch dates; - Data-entry on our PIM (Product Information Management System); - Supporting site maintenance activities and merchandising enhancement; - Supporting weekly, Monthly and Seasonal KPIs and reporting; - Promoting actions to drive conversion and maximize consumer demand; - Running ad hoc analysis and trends' research. QUALIFICATIONS The candidate we’re looking for will have: - 2/3 years of experience in the E-commerce world; - Degree in Economics or - Fluent in English (written and spoken); - Proven analytical skills, and ability to analyze data and execute recommendations - Knowledge of Office (Excel, PPT); - Knowledge of Google Analytics. SKILLS and ATTITUDES - Feel comfortable in working in a demanding environment; - Self-driven, superior organizational skills and personal initiative; - Strong operational and process orientation; - Great positive attitude, high energy, and ability to drive projects through to completion with minimal supervision; - Great Team player, willing to be part of a new starting team.
