More information can be found on the corporate website: www.cnhindustrial.com PRIMARY FUNCTION: This position is responsible for support the plants in implementing production methodologies with a specific focus on Lean manufacturing, developing pillar route maps, master plans, and audit presentations. Structure and attend the Pillar and team meetings. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Be responsible for the implementation of lean manufacturing activities inside the plant. Guaranteeing the correct implementation of main KPIs. Develop internal and external benchmarking in order to identify new industrial methodologies and best practices, promoting the standardization of tools and procedures and supporting plants regarding continuous improvement methodologies.
