PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Reporting to the New Holland Brand Communications Manager and as a member of the Global Brand Communications team, the individual will be responsible for developing of New Holland Agriculture Brand and product related materials to support the Brands strategies and most important product launches.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational link between Product Management Teams (all platforms) and communications team to translate technical product features into communications projects
Support during the global launch process from inception through to delivery
Contribute during launch process (bi-weekly calls)
Input for creative concept briefing
Contribute to Advertising concept, development, and delivery
Contribute to Global brochure concept, development, and delivery
Contribute to New Holland Audio-visuals and photography (in conjunction with Audio-visual responsible)
Creation of briefs
Practical implementation (at the shoots)
Editing and delivery of videos
Animations and diagrams
Collate input for technical briefing
Coordinate feedback and final delivery
Digital activities (in conjunction with the digital team)
Develop New Holland’s social media profiles with input and fact checking
Support New Holland website updates
Product pages
CEL section
Contribute to the creation of Virtual Reality Experience and 3D projects
Global publications
Contribute to Brand presentation, Brand book, Clean Energy Leader & PLM brochure amongst others.
Assisting in keeping all New Holland historical and referencing materials updated
New Holland feature names and trademarks
New Holland model numbering
New Holland Value Propositions
New Holland historical millstones
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
• A self-starter with a positive mental attitude, enthusiasm, and high level of self-responsibility and discipline
• Mother tongue (or Excellent) English speaker with exceptional and proven written and oral capa-bilities
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proactive and passionate about communication
• Project Management & Budget Management skills
• Practical agricultural skills and knowledge an advantage
• In-depth product knowledge (past and current)
• In-depth brand knowledge (current brand and legacy brands)
• Ability to delivering to a deadline
• A flexible and creative approach to problem solving
• The ability to work in an international team
• Strong team spirit and ability to develop and work within a collaborative and supportive culture Mediation between technical/creative push-pull issues
• Ability to recognise and best leverage regionalities
• Management of agencies
• Good computer skills, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe PDF etc
• Knowledge of SAP system
• Knowledge of CNH Industrial Purchasing processes
• High level of flexibility.
• Willingness to travel locally and Internationally
• Full clean driver’s license
• Degree educated in related subject
• 2-3 years’ experience in Brand Communications roles
• Experience within the agricultural industry advantageous
