You will be familiar with the functionality, concepts and safety aspects of Agricultural and Construction Machinery as well as standards legislation and certification of machines. You will be included in a global team and you will manage the tactical implementation of the agricultural vehicle approval programme for the global worldwide involved markets. You will also be responsible and act as reference point for collection and interpretation of applicable regulatory requirements. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Product Compliance & Homologation Engineer acts: to collect, analyse and interpret Technical Regulation and communicate requirements to Product Development community; to guide Design Engineer activities to better understand which could be the best solution for compliant machinery; to coordinate and accomplish products certifications and homologations dealing with external third party, notified body or national authorities; to support other CNHi functions and sales network with Regulatory Requirements information and interpretation; to prepare necessary technical documentation giving creative interpretation and support to design and test engineers according to regulatory compliance; YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS: First Level Degree Mechanical Engineering Problem solver Technical experience and team leading attitude Passion for agricultural and construction machinery Knowledge of applicable safety regulations to agriculture and construction equipment Experience with certification and homologation activities Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Background in Construction or Agricultural engineering Fluent English language spoken and written Fluent French language spoken and written (Dutch language is a plus).
