People Corporate Events

We are looking for a People Corporate Events to join our Headquarter at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO).

You will hierarchically report to the Chief People, Culture & Organization Officer and functionally report to the Head of People Experience, Culture & Inclusion.

You will be responsible to support the design, development and organization of internal and employer branding events aiming at nourishing the sense of belonging and Lamborghini’s brand reputation as Employer.

Assigned activities:

• Lead the organization of internal events (e.g. Family Day, Lamborghini Year Celebration Event, Kids Winter Party, etc.) also coordinating processes cross-functionally, communication cascading, KPIs monitoring and enhancing its effectiveness and efficiency, to foster employees’ sense of belonging.
• Support the organization of internal events sponsored by different Departments (e.g. Hackaton, etc.), being People, Culture and Organization referent within cross-functional teams involved in the organization of events also for employees (e.g. Arena). 
• Ensure Management and Employees alignment through the organization of communication events (e.g. quarterly Management review, Townhalls, Strategy event, etc), leading also the steering of the contents collection. 
• Design, plan and implement Employer Branding events, also coordinating processes cross-functionally and KPIs monitoring to foster Lamborghini’s image as employer of choice (e.g. Events at Universities and at the HQ with students, etc.).
• Actively contribute to the implementation of innovative initiatives and activities related to Employer Branding and Internal events initiatives to enhance the sense of belonging and the Brand position as Employer.

About you

• University degree in Marketing or Humanities or Communication
• 4-6 years in events organization
• Fluent English and Italian, German will be considered a plus
